Responding generously to God’s call, he joined the Fransalian Vidya Jyothi, MSFS Minor Seminary, Nidadavole, and later entered the Novitiate at Salesianum, Visakhapatnam. He made his First Profession on 10th June 2000 and pursued his philosophical studies at Suvidya College, Bangalore. Following his regency at S.F.S School Community, Parachur, he completed theological formation at S.F.S Study House, Janampeta, Eluru, where he made his Final Profession on 16th June 2006.
Fr. Jaddu Joseph Reddy was ordained a Deacon on 20th January 2007 at S.F.S Study House, Janampeta, Eluru and was ordained a priest on 10th March 2008 at Brahmanapally by Most Rev. Bishop Govindu Joji, Bishop of Nalgonda. Throughout his priestly ministry, Fr. Joseph has served the Church and the Congregation with remarkable dedication, leadership, and pastoral zeal.
Fr. Jaddu Joseph Reddy MSFS began his priestly ministry as Assistant Parish Priest at Phirangipuram (2008–2010), where he served the faithful with zeal, dedication, and a deep pastoral concern. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and professional growth, he pursued Technical Studies at Pulivendula (2010–2013), equipping himself with valuable skills for broader apostolic service. He was thereafter appointed Parish Priest and Correspondent of S.F.S. School, Palasa (2013–2014).
From 2014 to 2024, Fr. Joseph Reddy served as Principal and Procurator of St. Aloysius ITI, Auto Nagar, Visakhapatnam. During this decade of dedicated service, he distinguished himself through exemplary leadership, efficient administration, and a deep commitment to the holistic formation of students. He was then appointed as the Superior of the M.S.F.S Community and Director of Social Apostolates at Jaggampeta from June 2024. In June 2026, he was appointed as Superior of the M.S.F.S Community and Parish Priest of Mother of Compassion Church, Medipally, Hyderabad.
In addition to these major assignments, Fr. Jaddu Joseph Reddy has rendered valuable service to the Province and the Congregation through several important leadership roles. He served as the Youth Director of the Visakhapatnam Province from 2019 to 2024, guiding and animating the youth apostolate with vision and enthusiasm. Furthermore, since 2021, he has been a member of the Provincial Council, serving as the Councillor in charge of Social and Innovative Ministries and as the Admonitor. He also continues to serve the Congregation as the National Co-Director of Youth Ministry, contributing to the formation and empowerment of young people across the country. As he assumes the responsibility of Provincial leadership, the confreres, collaborators, benefactors, and faithful of the Visakhapatnam Province entrust him to the loving care of God and seek abundant blessings upon his ministry.
