More catechism is required, re-evangelization should be done. Family apostolate is encouraged. Children, youth and women are need to be focused for the failed mission in the area.

A Short Brief About Nidadavole Mission
Fransalian VidyaJyothi, MSFS Minor Seminary, was blessed by late John Mulagada Bishop of Eluru and opened by the then Provincial Rev. Fr. Thomas Anikala on July 3, 1982. Rev. Fr. Jose Chirayath was appointed as its first Rector. So far 14 Rectors worked there in forming the young aspirants along with other staff members. At present there are 28 brothers and 6 staff members. At present again, Rev. Fr. Jose Chirayath is the Rector of the Seminary.
In order to educate our own brothers and also local students SFS Junior College was stated in the June 2010. There are 67 students studying in first and second inter of both Telugu and English mediums respectively. Groups offered in the College are M.P.C, Bi. P.C, C.E.C, M.E.C, and H.E.C. The first principal of the college was Rev. Fr. Lourdu Ravi Kumar and then he was succeeded by Rev. Fr. Francis Stephen and followed by Fr. Rajani Kumar Reddy as the principal of the college. At present Fr. K. Vijay Sekhar is the Principal of the College.
